Product Details

CJC with Ipamorelin – No DAC | Detailed Description CJC with Ipamorelin (IPA) No DAC is a research peptide combination consisting of CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) and Ipamorelin. These two peptides are frequently studied together because they act through complementary pathways involved in the regulation and release of growth hormone (GH). CJC without DAC, also commonly associated with the research peptide Modified GRF (1-29), is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It is designed to stimulate the pituitary’s natural pulsatile release of growth hormone. Because it does not contain DAC, it has a relatively short duration of activity compared with CJC-1295 with DAC. Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue and ghrelin-receptor agonist. It is studied for its ability to stimulate GH release through a pathway different from GHRH analogs. Combining Ipamorelin with CJC No DAC is therefore of research interest because the two compounds can work synergistically to enhance a naturally occurring GH pulse. Research involving this combination has explored its potential relationship with: * Growth hormone secretion and signaling * IGF-1 activity * Recovery and tissue-repair processes * Lean body mass and body-composition changes * Fat metabolism * Sleep and recovery * Exercise recovery and performance-related physiological processes * Healthy aging and regenerative pathways CJC No DAC + Ipamorelin vs. CJC with DAC The main difference is the presence or absence of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) and, consequently, how long the CJC component remains active. CJC + IPA No DAC CJC-1295 with DAC Does not contain DAC Contains Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) Shorter acting Significantly longer acting Produces a more temporary/pulsatile GH stimulus Produces more prolonged GH/IGF-1 stimulation Commonly paired with Ipamorelin in research Can be researched independently or with other compounds Clears from circulation considerably faster DAC binds to albumin, extending its circulation time Often researched when investigators want to examine distinct GH pulses Often researched when prolonged GH/IGF-1 elevation is desired Why Does DAC Make Such a Difference? The DAC portion allows CJC-1295 to bind to albumin, a naturally occurring protein in the bloodstream. This substantially extends the peptide’s effective half-life. Without DAC, the CJC component is comparatively short acting, making its effects more closely associated with individual pulses of growth hormone secretion. With DAC, CJC-1295 remains in circulation much longer and can produce a more sustained elevation in GH and IGF-1 activity rather than the shorter-duration stimulation associated with the No-DAC version. In simple terms: CJC + IPA No DAC = shorter acting and more pulse-oriented. CJC with DAC = longer acting and more sustained. For research use only. Not approved by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease or for routine human therapeutic use.
